Prebook Recruitment is supporting a welcoming primary school in Ealing that is looking for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join its EYFS team from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an experienced Early Years department where play, exploration and positive relationships are at the heart of children's learning.
You'll work alongside the class teacher and wider EYFS team, supporting children across Nursery or Reception and helping to create an engaging, nurturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children through purposeful play and child-led learning.
- Helping deliver phonics, early literacy and numeracy activities.
- Encouraging communication, vocabulary and social interaction.
- Providing additional support to children who may need help accessing learning.
- Supporting children's emotional development, confidence and independence.
- Observing children's learning and contributing to progress records.
- Preparing resources and maintaining stimulating learning areas.
- Supporting outdoor learning and physical development activities.
- Establishing positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.
You'll need:
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
- Previous experience within an EYFS or Early Years setting.
- An understanding of the EYFS Framework.
- A warm, patient and encouraging approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Confidence supporting children with different needs and abilities.
- A commitment to safeguarding and children's wellbeing.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- Competitive PAYE rates of £100-£110 per day.
- Weekly pay without umbrella company deductions.
- A full-time, long-term position from September.
