Summary

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Baby Room

Up to £31,300 per annum | 40 hours per week | Good Ofsted Rating

This role is perfect for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about supporting babies during the earliest stages of their development and wants to be part of a nursery that genuinely invests in its people.

 

Who We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential

  • Experience working within an early years setting

  • Experience within a baby room – desirable

  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework

  • A caring, patient, and child-centred approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A passion for high-quality early years care and education

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality care and education within the baby room

  • Supporting babies' learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate experiences

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Observing, assessing, and monitoring children's development

  • Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and individual needs

  • Maintaining safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
