Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Baby Room
Up to £31,300 per annum | 40 hours per week | Good Ofsted Rating

Who We're Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
Experience working within an early years setting
Experience within a baby room – desirable
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
A caring, patient, and child-centred approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for high-quality early years care and education

Providing high-quality care and education within the baby room
Supporting babies' learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate experiences
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Observing, assessing, and monitoring children's development
Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and individual needs
Maintaining safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
