Summary

Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 Qualified | Beautiful Setting | Up to £29,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential
  • Experience working in Nursery setting
  • A warm, nurturing approach and a clear understanding of child development
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for working with children

  • Deliver warm, responsive care tailored to the individual needs of babies
  • Support children’s development through age-appropriate activities and play
  • Build secure attachments and foster a safe, trusting environment
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure strong partnerships
  • Keep accurate observations and contribute to planning next steps
  • Maintain a safe, clean and engaging room environment
  • Collaborate with the wider nursery team and uphold safeguarding standards
