Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Senior Systems Support Analyst/Team Leader to act as the highest technical escalation point within the Service Desk capability. Lead technical investigations and service restoration activities for highly complex and business-critical incidents. Contract is for 7 months in Chichester.

Senior Systems Support Analyst/Team Leader

Pay Rate: £18.84 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37, Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Contract length: 7 Months

Location: Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1RQ

Hybrid working once training is complete

Key requirements:

Significant experience within IT Service Desk, Technical Support or IT Operations environments.

Advanced technical expertise across Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory and enterprise technologies.

Proven experience leading technical investigations, resolving complex incidents and supporting major incident response activities.

Excellent communication, mentoring and problem-solving skills.

Experience using ITSM platforms such as Halo, ServiceNow, Ivanti or equivalent.

Key responsibilities

Act as the highest technical escalation point within the Service Desk capability.

Lead technical investigations and service restoration activities for highly complex and business-critical incidents.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring and coaching to L1 and L2 colleagues.

Support major incident management, root cause analysis, problem management, knowledge management and continual service improvement activities whilst working closely with infrastructure teams, EUC engineers and third-party suppliers.
