Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to provide second-line support for incidents, service requests and technical issues escalated from first-line support teams. Contract is for 7 months in Chichester.

Systems Support Analyst (G7) (Information Technology)

Pay Rate: £15.31 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37, Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Contract length: 7 Months

Location: Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1RQ

Hybrid working once training is complete

Key requirements:

Experience working within IT Service Desk, Technical Support or IT Operations environments.

Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365, Windows and Active Directory technologies.

Experience investigating and resolving technical incidents, managing service requests and using ITSM platforms.

Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities

Provide second-line support for incidents, service requests and technical issues escalated from first-line support teams.

Diagnose and resolve issues relating to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint technologies, identity services and business applications.

Work closely with resolver groups, technical specialists and suppliers to restore services, maintain customer satisfaction and support continual service improvement.

Provide technical guidance and support to L1 colleagues as required.
