Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to provide first-line support, deliver first-contact resolution wherever possible and manage incidents and requests through the ITSM platform. Contract is for 7 months in Chichester.

Systems Support Analyst (G6) (Information Technology)

Pay Rate: £14.13 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37, Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Contract length: 7 Months

Location: Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1RQ

Hybrid working once training is complete

Key requirements:

Experience working within an IT Service Desk or IT support environment.

Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience using ITSM platforms and supporting incidents and service requests.

Ability to diagnose and resolve a broad range of first-line technical issues whilst delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for IT incidents, service requests and user enquiries.

Provide first-line support, deliver first-contact resolution wherever possible and manage incidents and requests through the ITSM platform.

Support account administration, access management, knowledge management and operational support activities whilst maintaining excellent customer communication and service standards.
