Educato are working in partnership with a welcoming school in Mossley seeking a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team in September. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils' learning, development, and confidence within the classroom.

The Role:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons.
- Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning.
- Provide targeted interventions to support progress in core subjects.
- Support pupils with varying learning needs, including SEND where required.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Assist with assessment feedback and classroom preparation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Has experience working within a primary school setting.
- Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young learners.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Has experience supporting SEND pupils (desirable but not essential).
