Contract: Temporary
Full time/Part time: Full time, 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: Paid to scale
Start date: 7th September 2026
Expected end date: 23rd July 2027

The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Complex Needs.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, SENCOs and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to support individual development.
We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching pupils with SEND, either within a specialist setting or mainstream school.
- A patient, resilient and adaptable approach.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
