Nursery Practitioner

£28,900 per year | Level 3 | 40 Hours per Week | All Year Round

Join a nursery where creativity is celebrated, outdoor learning is encouraged, and every day brings new opportunities to inspire young minds.

Our client is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming team. Providing high-quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years, the nursery has recently undergone an impressive refurbishment, creating a bright, modern, and inspiring environment where children can flourish.

Designed to encourage curiosity and exploration, the nursery features spacious learning environments, a fantastic garden for outdoor play, and a dedicated art studio where children are free to express their creativity, develop their imagination, and build confidence through hands-on experiences.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a nursery that values high-quality childcare, invests in its team, and provides children with engaging learning experiences every day.

What We're Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working within an early years setting.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
  • A caring, patient, and nurturing approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

What You'll Receive

  • £28,900 per year
  • 40-hour permanent contract
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Supportive and friendly team environment
  • Opportunities for career progression
  • The chance to make a real difference in children's lives every day

Your Role

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
  • Build warm, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress, helping to plan for their next stages of development.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support children's personal, social, emotional, and physical development through play.
  • Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are always followed.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to provide the highest standard of early years care.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and verification of the right to work in the UK, in line with safeguarding responsibilities.
