Summary

Everest Recruitment & Services Ltd is seeking experienced Healthcare Support Workers to join our temporary agency team providing care and support services across Belfast and Northern Ireland.

We work with a wide range of healthcare providers including care homes, nursing homes, residential services, supported living services and specialist care settings.

This flexible agency role is suitable for experienced healthcare professionals looking for full-time work, part-time hours or additional shifts around an existing job or other commitments.

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support while helping to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Support individuals with personal care and daily living activities.

Assist with mobility, transfers and positioning.

Help individuals maintain independence and wellbeing.

Support meal preparation, nutrition and hydration.

Observe, monitor and report changes in health or behaviour.

Complete care documentation accurately.

Follow individual care plans and organisational procedures.

Promote safeguarding, dignity and respect at all times.

Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Maintain high standards of infection prevention and health & safety.
