Summary

Everest Recruitment & Services Ltd is recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our agency workforce supporting healthcare providers across Belfast and Northern Ireland.

This is a temporary agency position offering flexible work opportunities with a range of clients, including care homes, nursing homes, residential care services, supported living services and other healthcare settings.

Whether you are looking for full-time hours, part-time work or additional shifts alongside your current employment, we welcome your application. Shift availability will depend on client requirements and service demand.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality personal care and support.

Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.

Supporting individuals with meals, hydration and daily living activities.

Promoting dignity, independence and person-centred care.

Following individual care plans and organisational policies.

Maintaining accurate care records.

Reporting concerns relating to safeguarding or wellbeing.

Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and colleagues.

Following infection prevention, health & safety and manual handling procedures.
