Summary
Everest Recruitment & Services Ltd is recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our agency team, providing high-quality support services across Belfast and Northern Ireland.
We work with a variety of clients, including supported living services, residential homes, mental health services, learning disability services, rehabilitation settings and community-based care providers.
This is a temporary agency position, offering flexible work opportunities to suit your availability. Whether you are seeking full-time work, part-time hours or additional shifts alongside your current employment, we encourage you to apply.
As a Support Worker, you will help individuals live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice, inclusion and person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required.
Support individuals to access the community and participate in social activities.
Encourage independence, confidence and wellbeing.
Assist with medication where appropriately trained and authorised.
Maintain accurate care notes and incident records.
Follow support plans, risk assessments and organisational policies.
Recognise and report safeguarding concerns appropriately.
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive environment.

This is a temporary agency role. Work is offered based on client requirements and available shifts, therefore hours cannot be guaranteed.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application. We are unable to sponsor Skilled Worker visas or provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
