Summary

Everest Recruitment & Services Ltd is currently recruiting experienced Care Assistants to join our growing temporary agency team across Belfast and Northern Ireland territory.

We supply dedicated care professionals to care homes, residential homes, nursing homes, supported living services and other healthcare settings, providing flexible work opportunities to suit different lifestyles and availability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support.

Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.

Support individuals with mobility and daily living activities.

Assist with meals, hydration and nutrition.

Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.

Accurately complete care records and documentation.

Follow care plans, safeguarding procedures and health & safety policies.

Work effectively within a multidisciplinary care team.
