Summary

Everest Recruitment & Services Ltd is recruiting experienced Night Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our temporary agency workforce supporting healthcare providers across Belfast and Northern Ireland.

We supply experienced healthcare professionals to care homes, nursing homes, residential services, supported living services and other healthcare settings, where night staff play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort and wellbeing of service users.

This role is ideal for candidates who prefer working night shifts or those looking to supplement their current income with additional agency work. Opportunities are available on a flexible basis, including full-time, part-time and ad-hoc night shifts, subject to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality person-centred care throughout the night.

Assist with personal care, repositioning and mobility where required.

Support individuals with toileting and continence care.

Carry out regular welfare and safety checks.

Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing.

Maintain accurate care records and complete night handovers.

Respond promptly to call bells and emergency situations.

Promote dignity, privacy and independence.

Follow safeguarding, infection prevention and health & safety procedures.

Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team.

This is a temporary agency position. Shifts are offered based on client requirements, and hours are not guaranteed. Temporary agency workers are supplied to client organisations in accordance with UK agency worker regulations.
