Summary

Everest Recruitment & Services Ltd is recruiting experienced Senior Care Assistants to support our healthcare clients across Belfast and Northern Ireland area.

We provide temporary agency staff to care homes, nursing homes, residential care services and supported living providers. This role offers flexible agency work for experienced care professionals who are confident leading shifts, supporting colleagues and delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Support and supervise Care Assistants and Healthcare Assistants during shifts.

Assist with personal care, mobility and daily living activities.

Ensure care plans are followed and updated where required.

Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing.

Support medication administration where trained and authorised.

Maintain accurate care documentation and handover records.

Promote safeguarding, dignity and independence.

Work closely with nurses, managers and the wider healthcare team.

Ensure high standards of care and compliance with policies and procedures.
