Completely Care is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded early years provider for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join a welcoming nursery team in Didcot.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a room while supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an inspiring learning environment, supporting a team of practitioners and ensuring children receive the highest standards of care and education.

The Role

As a Room Leader, you will:

Lead and support a team of Early Years Practitioners within your room.

Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's development and learning.

Ensure children's individual needs, interests and development stages are recognised.

Complete observations, assessments and contribute to children's learning journeys.

Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Maintain a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment.

Support staff development through coaching, guidance and encouragement.

Ensure practice is in line with the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.

Previous experience working within an early years setting.

Experience leading or supporting a team would be advantageous.

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A passion for supporting children's development and delivering outstanding childcare.
