Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified)

Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Completely Care is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded early years provider for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery team in Didcot.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

Plan and support engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.

Encourage children's confidence, independence and curiosity through play-based learning.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.

Complete observations and contribute to children's learning journeys.

Support the creation of a safe, secure and stimulating nursery environment.

Work effectively as part of a team to maintain excellent standards of childcare.

Follow safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of all children.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.

A genuine passion for supporting young children's development and wellbeing.

Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

A caring, enthusiastic and professional approach.

A commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and maintaining strong safeguarding standards.

The successful applicant will be required to complete safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and right to work verification. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
