Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Hours: Full-time

Completely Care is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded early years provider for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive nursery team in Didcot.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional learning experiences and supporting children to develop the skills, confidence and curiosity they need to thrive.

The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities, supporting children's individual learning journeys and creating a stimulating environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.

The Role

As a Nursery Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging learning opportunities that support children's development.

Create a stimulating and inclusive environment where children can explore, learn and grow.

Support children's progress through observations, assessments and effective planning.

Follow the EYFS framework and ensure high standards of early years practice.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.

Encourage children's confidence, independence and curiosity through play-based learning.

Support children's individual needs and celebrate their achievements.

Work as part of a dedicated team to provide outstanding early years education.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).

Previous experience working as a Nursery Teacher, Early Years Teacher, Room Leader or experienced Nursery Practitioner.

A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A creative and enthusiastic approach to early years learning.

A genuine passion for supporting children and providing high-quality education and care.

Safeguarding

The successful applicant will be required to complete safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and right to work verification. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
