Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified)

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Hours: Full-time

Completely Care is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded early years provider for a passionate and committed Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery team in Abingdon.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

Provide high-quality care and education for children in accordance with the EYFS framework.

Create engaging activities that encourage children's learning, curiosity and development.

Support children's individual needs, interests and developmental journeys.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.

Carry out observations and contribute to children's learning records.

Help maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating nursery environment.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent early years practice.

Follow safeguarding procedures and promote the wellbeing of every child.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.

A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.

Knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years best practice.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A caring, enthusiastic and professional approach.

A commitment to providing outstanding childcare and maintaining high standards of safeguarding.

The successful applicant will be required to complete safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and right to work verification. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
