Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified)

Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Hours: Full-time

Completely Care is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected early years provider for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery team in Wantage.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Early Years professional who is passionate about making a positive difference in children's lives and wants to work within a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn, explore and develop.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework.

Create fun, engaging and stimulating learning opportunities that support children's development.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.

Observe, assess and record children's progress and development.

Support children's individual needs and interests through child-centred activities.

Maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment.

Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding early years practice.

Follow safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of all children.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.

A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.

Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.

A commitment to safeguarding and providing the highest standards of childcare.
