You will be responsible for completing deliveries and collections safely, carrying out routine vehicle checks and ensuring all required transport documentation is completed accurately.Key responsibilities• Drive an HGV Class 1 vehicle safely and responsibly• Complete planned deliveries and collections• Load, secure and check goods in line with safety requirements• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects• Maintain accurate delivery and collection records• Follow road transport, health and safety procedures• Provide a professional service at collection and delivery pointsSkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 1 licence• Driver CPC qualification• Digital tachograph card• Previous Class 1 driving experience• Good knowledge of road safety and drivers’ hours requirements• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious approach• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedulesBenefits• Pay of £16 to £17 per hour• Paid every Wednesday• Opportunity to be visible to local employersApply today.
