JOB DESCRIPTION (Event Organiser) Cheeki Monkeys are looking for individuals for a varied role within our team. As a Cheeki Monkeys event organiser, your tasks will involve: Sourcing venues to hold our events Uploading upcoming event dates to our central booking system Promoting events via platforms such as social media, free event listing sites & parent forums Building relationships with local families, artisans and family orientated business Overseeing event days; venue setup/directing stallholders to their allocated pitches etc. The role is suitable for people from all backgrounds. Most of your work will involve marketing your events online. Cheeki Monkeys will provide you with all the knowledge that you require to be a successful event organiser within our organisation. Our mentoring techniques are valued highly by our existing team of event organisers. ONGOING MANAGEMENT FEES Our on-going management fees are 25% deducted from your booking fees income. As we take a percentage fee rather than a fixed monthly fee or fee per market, we have an on-going interest in the success of your events, and we continue to work with you to make sure your events are a success.
