This includes a team of Pupil Support and Outreach teachers in addition to Early Years specialists, EAL teachers, and teachers qualified to support children and young people who are deaf, partially deaf, blind, or deafblind. Given the geographic spread of Perth and Kinross, our teams will work within a distinct locality area. The post holder will have responsibility for the operational line management of a multi-disciplinary team of teachers, practitioners and support staff to serve the needs of children in a named locality area. In addition, the post holder will have strategic responsibility for the professional development of one or more of the specialist peripatetic teams across the local authority.
