Our service provides interventions for young people (ages 12-18) presenting with complex mental health issues including eating disorders, psychosis and mania, OCD and emotion dysregulation requiring Tier-4 level care, but who benefit from a more flexible, community based approach. Working within an innovative and supportive multidisciplinary team and supported by senior clinicians, you will deliver high-quality psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based interventions. You will support with risk management and liaise with external agencies where required. You will contribute to the team’s learning culture through supervision, mentoring and training, while championing diversity, inclusion, and trauma-informed, culturally sensitive practice to improve outcomes for service users and staff.
