Experience working with installations up to 440V, including control and safety circuits. A proactive approach to preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on machinery, plant and site facilities. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, repairing equipment and replacing components where required. Respond promptly to breakdowns and minimise production downtime. Use the CMMS system to manage maintenance tasks, prioritise workloads and maintain accurate maintenance records. Support condition-based monitoring activities and identify improvement opportunities. Install, maintain and test electrical and mechanical equipment, including control panels and fixed installations. Work on hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC-controlled equipment. Interpret electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and engineering drawings. Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and reliability. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics. Good IT skills with experience using maintenance management systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
