The post holder will provide specialist advice to patients, relatives, carers, non-specialist staff and other professionals regarding the management and care of adults with communication and swallowing difficulties. The post holder will involve clients, relatives and carers in planning and prioritising care plans and will contribute to multidisciplinary planning to support identified goals and outcomes.
