Receptionist/Construction Secretary My client is an established and highly regarded housebuilder delivering high-quality new-build homes across the UK. As the business continues to grow, they are looking to strengthen their team with talented individuals who can contribute to the smooth running of their regional operations. You will be based on the front desk, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, contractors and suppliers, while also providing administrative support to the Construction team. Duties include: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, contractors and suppliers, providing a friendly and professional welcome. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages and deal with general enquiries. Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, professional and welcoming at all times. Sign in visitors and maintain accurate visitor records in line with company procedures. Receive, sort and distribute incoming post, deliveries and correspondence. Arrange outgoing post, couriers and deliveries as required. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the wider office team. Provide occasional administrative support to the Construction team, while continuing to manage front desk responsibilities. Assist Site Managers and Construction staff with day-to-day administration and general office duties. Prepare, format and distribute letters, reports, documents and correspondence. Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems and ensure construction records are kept up to date. Update spreadsheets, databases and internal systems with relevant information. Assist with organising meetings, appointments and site visits. Take meeting notes and circulate information where required. Assist with purchase orders, invoices, deliveries and other construction-related administration. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and other external contacts by telephone and email. Assist with the preparation, organisation and distribution of site and construction documentation. Help coordinate information between the Construction team, subcontractors, suppliers and the office. Carry out data entry and maintain accurate records. Handle confidential information appropriately and professionally. Prioritise front-of-house duties while completing administrative tasks during quieter periods. Work closely with the Construction, Sales and wider office teams to support the smooth running of the business. Provide a high level of customer service to colleagues, customers, contractors, suppliers and visitors. Undertake any other reasonable administrative duties required to support the office and Construction team The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to fully operate Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPoint. You will have a professional attitude and approach to work, be confident, self-motivated and be flexible and adaptable within the team. This will be a Monday to Friday role, based out of their office in Warrington, office hours 8.30am - 5.00pm.
