Key Responsibilities Dispatch & Warehouse Operations: Review the daily dispatch schedule and prioritise orders according to collection and delivery deadlines. Check picked and packed orders against sales orders, including product codes, quantities and delivery details. Book parcel and pallet consignments using approved carrier portals. Print and securely apply shipping labels, ensuring they are clearly visible. Prepare delivery notes, packing lists and other required dispatch documentation. Move completed orders to the correct collection area. Support safe and efficient handovers to carriers. Systems & Administration: Accurately update ClickUp and other company systems as orders progress through dispatch. Record carrier references, consignment numbers and collection details. Ensure all required paperwork is complete and dispatch evidence is stored correctly. Identify and report issues such as incorrect addresses, missing paperwork, quantity discrepancies or damaged packaging before orders leave the site.
