You will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process analysis through to UAT, implementation and continuous improvement. 🔹 Key Responsibilities ✅ Gather, analyse and document detailed business requirements. ✅ Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives and challenges. ✅ Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and supporting documentation. ✅ Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. ✅ Create process maps, workflows and business requirement specifications. ✅ Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements. ✅ Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Testers and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. ✅ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing activities. ✅ Assist with solution implementation and business readiness activities. ✅ Identify project risks, dependencies, gaps and process improvements. ✅ Maintain requirements and project documentation using Jira and Confluence. ✅ Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement and retrospectives.
