Summary
Purpose: Design dashboards and performance KPIs for property management, social housing and FM clients of the JackTools platform.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop Power BI dashboards from data lake sources (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake)
• Automate KPI reporting for SLA compliance, occupancy and maintenance efficiency
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data teams on visualisation pipelines
• Build reusable dashboard templates for white-label tenant deployments
Skills and qualifications required:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Data Analytics
• Commercial Power BI development in enterprise environments
• Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), DAX and Power Query
• Experience with Azure data platforms preferred
