Summary
SKIT is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an exciting UK-based contract opportunity.
We are looking for a professional with 6+ years of Business Analysis experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation and Agile delivery environments.

🔹 Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, Testers and other delivery teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
You will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process analysis through to UAT, implementation and continuous improvement.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Gather, analyse and document detailed business requirements.
✅ Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives and challenges.
✅ Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and supporting documentation.
✅ Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
✅ Create process maps, workflows and business requirement specifications.
✅ Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
✅ Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Testers and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
✅ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing activities.
✅ Assist with solution implementation and business readiness activities.
✅ Identify project risks, dependencies, gaps and process improvements.
✅ Maintain requirements and project documentation using Jira and Confluence.
✅ Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement and retrospectives.
