Summary
We are looking for a research-led growth specialist to understand learner needs and expand engagement with the Hub. You will own planned user research, including the annual learner survey, and turn evidence into accessible communications, marketing campaigns and outreach. The product quality specialist will own operational feedback and ongoing provider account support.
