About Karolina’s Hub

Karolina’s Hub is a growing boutique language and marketing agency helping UK businesses enter, establish themselves and grow in the Polish market.

We believe that successful international expansion requires much more than accurate translation. It takes cultural understanding, strategic thinking and the ability to adapt communication to a different audience.

Our work combines translation, localisation, transcreation, cultural consultancy and digital marketing, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).

We operate a transparent business model: our clients know the specialists responsible for their projects by name. This allows us to build relationships based on trust, accountability and expertise.

We are now looking for a highly experienced Senior English–Polish Translator & Localisation Specialist to join our growing team.

The role

This is a full-time, permanent position combining advanced translation and localisation expertise with a strong understanding of marketing and digital visibility.

You will work on varied projects for businesses seeking to reach Polish-speaking audiences, ensuring that their content is linguistically accurate, culturally relevant and commercially effective.

Key responsibilities

Translate, localise and transcreate content from English into Polish and Polish into English.

Adapt websites, marketing campaigns, digital products and other materials for their target audiences.

Provide cultural consultancy to help clients communicate effectively across the UK and Polish markets.

Edit, proofread and quality-check translated and localised content to maintain consistently high standards.

Apply SEO principles to translation and localisation projects, including keyword research and search intent analysis.

Support projects involving GEO and AEO, ensuring content is structured and adapted for evolving search environments.

Work with CAT tools and localisation platforms to ensure consistency, efficiency and quality.

Collaborate with other specialists and contribute to the development of language and localisation strategies.

Take ownership of assigned projects, maintaining clear communication and meeting agreed deadlines.

Why work with us?

Your expertise will be recognised.

We are a boutique agency, not a high-volume translation factory. We value specialist knowledge, professional judgement and the people behind the work.

Your work will have a tangible impact.

Our objective is not simply to deliver translated words. We help businesses communicate effectively and grow in a new market.

You will be part of a transparent, accountable team.

Our clients know who works on their projects. We believe this creates stronger professional relationships and gives our specialists the recognition they deserve.

We are building a respectful and inclusive workplace.

We value diversity of experience, perspective and background. We encourage applications from qualified candidates from all walks of life.

We want to grow together.

As our agency develops, we aim to create opportunities for our team members to develop their expertise, take on new responsibilities and contribute to the direction of the business.

What we offer

£42,000 annual salary.

Full-time, permanent employment.

37.5 paid working hours per week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each working day.

Fully remote working within the UK.

Company pension.

Reliable monthly salary payments.

Varied translation, localisation and marketing projects.

A collaborative, respectful working environment.

Opportunities for professional development as the business grows.

How to apply

Please submit your CV in English, outlining your translation, localisation and marketing experience.

We would particularly welcome examples of projects demonstrating your expertise in transcreation, cultural adaptation or SEO localisation.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a relevant skills assessment.

Important: This vacancy is open to applicants who are based in the UK and already have the right to work in the UK without employer visa sponsorship. Karolina’s Hub Ltd is not currently able to sponsor work visas.

Karolina’s Hub Ltd is committed to fair recruitment and equal opportunities. Applications will be assessed on relevant skills, qualifications and professional experience.
