Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Senior Parking Officer to lead on and undertake a range of senior administrative tasks, working efficiently and effectively and to deadlines set. Contract is for 3 months in Woolwich SE18 6HQ.

Senior Parking Officer

Pay Rate: £19.30 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37, Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Contract length: 3 Months

Location: Woolwich, London, SE18 6HQ

Hybrid Working after initial training which will be 5 days per week in office.

Key requirements:

Must have experience within the Parking Services “Back Office Notice Processing (administrative) Team” dealing with correspondence, challenges, representations, Appeals/ETA case submissions, Notice of Rejections, Transfer of Liability, PCN email enquiries where experience is required and paramount to be able to supervise the Back Office team staff members.

Knowledge of the penalty issue and recovery process laid down in legislation.

Significant experience of working in an office environment maintaining computerised records within a database.

Experience in customer services and general office administration.

Ability to handle/interpret figures and statistical data and produce simple reports.

Key responsibilities:

Recover, receive, and record income for on and off-street parking notices/ offences and for permits/ passes.

Programme and issue parking passes, permits, and vouchers and arrange recovery of income from internal departments, liaising with a wide range of staff at all levels.

To lead on established administrative procedures and assist in the development of new procedures, manuals and process guides as required.

To visit on and off-street parking facilities to carry out audit checks and inspections.

Operate the data exchange link with DVLA, PCFL and other bodies as required.

To produce reports on parking usage and income and provide other statistical information as required.
