A brilliant opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised early-career professional to build a solid marketing foundation with a dynamic London agency delivering campaigns for some of the UK’s most recognisable consumer brands.
About the Company
This well-regarded digital marketing agency sits in the heart of London and partners with clients across retail, entertainment, health and technology. With a reputation for combining sharp creative output with meticulous campaign organisation, the agency delivers multi-channel strategies that consistently move the needle for their clients. It is a close-knit, low-ego team where structure, accuracy and attention to detail are valued just as highly as creative flair.
The Role
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be the organisational backbone of the campaign team — keeping projects on track, data accurate and the engine room running smoothly behind every campaign the agency delivers. This is the ideal role for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in order and precision, and who wants to use that strength as a springboard into a long-term marketing career.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Coordinating the day-to-day running of live campaigns across a varied client portfolio
Keeping campaign trackers, creative briefs and asset libraries consistently up to date
Managing and organising campaign datasets accurately and in full compliance with GDPR
Compiling post-campaign performance summaries and presenting results in clear, tidy reporting decks
Uploading, refreshing and maintaining content across client and campaign websites
Liaising with internal teams and clients to keep project timelines and communications on track
Supporting wider marketing operations and contributing to process improvement initiatives
Here are the skills you’ll need:
A degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, communications or a related field
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets including basic data handling
An exceptionally meticulous eye for detail and a genuine respect for accuracy
Clear and confident written communication skills, particularly for client-facing correspondence
The ability to manage several moving parts simultaneously without losing composure
A natural curiosity about marketing campaigns, data and how the two work together
A self-starter mindset with the discipline to stay on top of tasks with minimal supervision
Work Permissions
You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
What’s on offer:
Salary of £26,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working — 3 days in the London office, 2 days from home
Hands-on involvement across a varied portfolio of consumer brand campaigns
Structured support and mentorship from experienced marketing professionals
A clear pathway into campaign management, marketing analytics or account management
A supportive, collaborative team culture where contribution is genuinely recognised
Exposure to the tools, processes and thinking behind high-performing marketing campaigns
