Are you a bright, polished graduate looking for an opportunity to kick-start your career within a professional, creative environment?

We're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused individual to join a successful architectural practice in Basingstoke. This is a varied business support role where you'll gain exposure to finance administration, office coordination, project support and database management, making it an excellent first step into the commercial world.

What will you be doing?

Supporting day-to-day finance administration, including invoices, purchase orders and expenses

Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

Supporting the smooth running of the office

Managing shared inboxes and assisting with general enquiries

Helping to organise meetings, events and staff activities

Welcoming visitors and liaising with suppliers and service providers

Assisting with new starter onboarding and project administration

Providing general support to the wider team

We're looking for someone who is:

A recent graduate or has relevant professional experience

Polished, articulate and confident

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

A strong written and verbal communicator

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems

Proactive, reliable and keen to learn

Able to juggle different priorities in a busy environment
