Summary
Southend is full of London commuters whose dogs are alone all day, and it has no WoofWalk walker yet. We want five: Leigh-on-Sea, Westcliff, the town centre, Thorpe Bay and Shoeburyness.
WoofWalk is a UK app where dog owners book a walker nearby. You are self-employed on it. You set your prices, your hours and which bookings to take; owners pay through the app and you are paid out. We do not employ you and pay no wage; there is no guaranteed work.
No Southend price research yet; nationally, public listings show about £15 for an hour's walk. Your prices are your own.
Priory Park, Southchurch Park, Gunners Park and Belfairs Woods are the daily grounds. The beaches have dog restrictions from May to September, so the seafront is a winter ground.
Nothing to pay to join. Your first 14 days carry no commission, then 15% of each booking, and 10% for life once five clients have joined through you. Tax, National Insurance and insurance are your own to arrange.
