Summary

B2B Appointment Setter / SDR – Cold Calling for UK Software Company | Remote

£25 –£35 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses for additional appointments booked and commission on appointments that result in a sale.

About us

Be-Safe Technologies provides software that helps businesses manage health and safety and contractor management through digital solutions

www.be-safetech.com

Our two platforms are:

· Compliance Genie: A mobile-firstApp that helps organisations manage health and safety processes digitally, including risk assessments, inspections and incident reporting and ,uch more.

· Contractor Genie: Software that helps businesses manage their contractors, their documentation and site visits.

We’re looking for a confident, personable appointment setter who can start conversations with businesses, understand their current processes and book relevant demonstrations with our sales team.

The role

Your focus will be outbound cold calling to prospective business customers from supplied lists.

You’ll speak with decision-makers in health and safety, operations, facilities and contractor management, establish whether there’s a relevant need, and arrange a demonstration of the appropriate platform.

Your job is to create a worthwhile conversation and book a qualified appointment with a clear reason for the prospect to attend.

What you’ll do

· Make consistent outbound calls to prospective business customers.

· Get through to relevant decision-makers and build rapport.

· Ask useful questions about how they currently manage health and safety or contractors.

· Identify relevant challenges and introduce the appropriate platform.

· Handle initial objections professionally and confidently.

· Book demonstrations, confirm meeting details and follow up where needed.

· Keep accurate CRM records of conversations, outcomes and next steps.

· Share feedback on common objections and what’s working in your calls.

What we’re looking for

· Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.

· Clear, confident spoken English at the highest level and strong listening skills.

· The ability to have a natural business conversation rather than simply read a script.

· Confidence speaking with managers, business owners and other decision-makers.

· A professional, resilient approach to rejection and follow-up.

· Experience using a CRM, calling software and online calendars.

· Reliable internet, a suitable computer, a good headset and a quiet workspace.

· Availability to make calls during agreed UK business hours.

Experience selling software or booking SaaS demonstrations would be a major advantage. Experience calling UK businesses also useful.

You don’t need to be a health and safety expert, but you should be willing to learn our products and understand the problems they help customers manage.

What success looks like

We value consistent activity, useful conversations and qualified demonstrations that prospects attend.

A good appointment means the prospect is relevant, understands why they’re meeting us, and has shared a need or interest worth exploring. Accurate notes and a clear handover to our sales team are essential.

We’d love to hear from someone who enjoys opening doors, asks good questions and takes pride in booking meetings that are genuinely worth attending!
