What You'll Be Doing:

Providing day-to-day pastoral support for Year 10 girls

Building positive relationships and listening carefully to pupils’ concerns

Supporting attendance, behaviour and engagement in school

Helping pupils respond constructively to challenges and maintain clear expectations

Working with teaching and pastoral colleagues to coordinate appropriate support

Recording concerns and following the school’s safeguarding and reporting procedures
