Based at Bruce House, Wellgate, Arbroath.
These jobs are is workstyle 5.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
There are two positions available:
One position is temporary until no later than 30 April 2027.
One position is temporary until no later than 31 August 2027.
An exciting opportunity has become available within the Business and Customer Support Team. This team plays a vital role in ensuring the council delivers high quality services to our customers in line with current legislation and policy. It also provides valuable support across a variety of council services which helps these teams focus on delivering essential services to the people and communities of Angus.
We operate as one integrated team. While you may be appointed to a particular area, duties can change to meet service demand. Flexibility, collaboration, and a positive approach to change are essential.
We are looking to recruit two Business and Customer Support Advisors who will ensure that the team's resources are used effectively, encourage efforts to improve how we work, helping colleagues deliver a better experience for customers while driving changes to provide high quality administrative and customer support within a busy environment.
