Summary
Key Responsibilities Operations & Service Delivery Coordinate the day today operational delivery of PCN services and programmes. Support the implementation of PCN priorities and strategic objectives. Develop and improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency across the network. Monitor progress against agreed workplans and objectives. Identify operational risks and support timely resolution. Lead and support quality improvement and service development initiatives. Workforce Planning & Development Lead workforce planning activity across the PCN. Coordinate the effective deployment and utilisation of ARRS-funded roles. Monitor workforce capacity, productivity and utilisation. Support recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives. Work closely with practices to identify workforce gaps and opportunities for improvement. Produce workforce reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Support workforce development and training programmes. Performance & Reporting Monitor delivery against contractual requirements and PCN priorities. Analyse workforce and service performance data to identify trends and opportunities. Support the development of performance dashboards and reporting frameworks. Prepare reports and provide assurance to the Clinical Director and PCN Board. Project & Change Management Coordinate the implementation of new services, projects and initiatives. Support transformation and service redesign programmes. Monitor project milestones, risks and outcomes. Facilitate collaborative working across practices and stakeholders. Champion a culture of continuous improvement. About You Essential Experience working within healthcare, primary care or NHS environments. Experience in workforce planning, operational management or service delivery. Strong organisational and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
