Are you an experienced
BSL Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity within a supportive secondary school?
TLTP Education is currently working with a well-established
secondary school in Greenwich who are looking to appoint a BSL Teaching Assistant to support students across the school.
The successful candidate will work alongside teaching and support staff to help deaf students access learning and fully participate in school life.
The successful BSL Teaching Assistant will:
• Have
BSL Level 2 or Level 3
• Have experience supporting children or young people
• Be confident using
British Sign Language
• Have an understanding of supporting deaf students
• Be able to work effectively within a mainstream secondary setting
• Have a patient, supportive and inclusive approach
• Be committed to supporting students' learning and development
