Join our dynamic Construction team and inspire the next generation of electricians. You will deliver high-quality teaching and practical training, support learner achievement and progression, and help develop industry-ready skills. As our Lecturer in Electrical, you will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in Electrical Installation, ensuring learners develop the technical knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours needed for successful progression.

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons, maintaining high expectations and supporting learners to achieve their full potential.

• Monitor learner progress, provide timely feedback and implement effective interventions to improve attendance, achievement and progression outcomes.

• Develop strong links with employers and industry partners, contributing to curriculum innovation and ensuring programmes reflect current industry standards and workforce needs.

What you will bring to the role:

• A Level 3 qualification (or above) in a related subject.

• Extensive working knowledge in Electrical.

• Innovative and creative in meeting the needs of learners.
