Join our Apprenticeship Team and play a pivotal role in helping apprentices achieve their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity to provide both pastoral guidance and tailored programme support, empowering apprentices to overcome challenges, develop professionally, and successfully progress through their apprenticeship journey.

As our Apprenticeship Coach you will:

• To motivate each individual learner within a caseload and to monitor and support their progress against their learning goals.

• To identify apprentices needs and facilitate access to appropriate services to support achievement, such as additional support, careers advice and the enrichment programme.

• To liaise with all involved in a student’s chosen programme of study (including teachers, assessors, course leaders and Teaching and Learning Managers) to address any concerns and support student success. Where appropriate support employers through activity.

• This is far more than an administrative role. You'll coach, mentor and support a caseload of apprentices, providing personalised guidance and helping learners reach their full potential.

• No two days are the same. You'll work closely with apprentices, employers, curriculum teams, parents and external stakeholders, combining learner support, coaching, employer engagement and progression planning.

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience supporting students post 16

• Delivering learning advice to students in a 1:1 or group

• Understanding of the study needs and options and progression opportunities for post 16 learners

• Educated to Level 3
