Join Chichester College as a Lecturer in Multi-Skills and inspire the next generation of construction professionals. You will deliver engaging practical and theory lessons across a range of trades, support learner achievement, and help develop industry-ready skills. Relevant vocational experience, teamwork, and a passion for teaching are essential.
As our Lecturer in Multi Skills, you will:
• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across a range of construction and multi-skills programmes, ensuring lessons are engaging, practical and industry relevant.
• Assess, monitor and support learner progress, providing timely feedback and implementing strategies to help students achieve their qualifications and career goals.
• Maintain a safe and professional workshop environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting safe working practices at all times.
• Contribute to curriculum development and industry engagement, maintaining current vocational knowledge and building links with employers to enhance the learner experience.

What you will bring to the role:
• A Level 3 qualification (or above) in a construction related subject.
• Extensive working knowledge of Construction.
• Innovative and creative in meeting the needs of learners.
