Your new role
We're looking for a Workplace Facilities Coordinator who will act as the customer-facing representative for our Contract, ensuring seamless facilities management support and delivering an exceptional workplace experience for building occupants.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience within a customer service, facilities management or workplace support environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals and groups.
- Experience using CAFM and Maximo systems, including logging jobs, raising purchase orders and running reports.
