Water Technician - Level 2Location: Birmingham Employment Type: Full Time (40 Hours, Monday to Friday)Salary: £29,000 - £35,000

We're looking for a Water Technician - Level 2 to support a fixed contract at Walsgrave Hospital in Coventry, with occasional travel across the Midlands. You'll play a key role in delivering water hygiene and Legionella compliance services, ensuring water systems remain safe, compliant and operational.
Role Responsibilities
-Carry out Legionella maintenance PPMs, water sampling, chemical testing, remedial cleaning and minor plumbing works.
-Lead cold water storage tank cleaning and disinfection activities, ensuring all work is completed in line with ACoP L8 guidelines.
-Test, service and maintain TMVs, including the replacement of TMV and TMT filters and cartridges.
-Maintain accurate water logbooks and compliance documentation across customer sites.
Required QualificationsApplicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
-Previous experience within Water Hygiene, Legionella Monitoring, Compliance Servicing or Water Treatment.
-Experience leading cold water tank cleaning activities and working in confined spaces.
-Good knowledge of ACoP L8 requirements and water system maintenance.
