ROLE: Legionella Remedial PlumberHOURS: Full-time (40 Hours)LOCATION: Birmingham

We're looking for a Legionella Remedial Plumber who will operate across a wide range of client sites in Midlands, carrying out monitoring, remedial cleaning, chemical testing and minor plumbing tasks in line with Legionella control programmes.
Role Responsibilities:
-Carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
-Perform monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, water sampling and chemical testing across multiple sector properties.
-Maintain customer water safety logbooks in accordance with ACOP L8 and company guidelines.
-Complete and submit all documentation in a timely manner, including following up on customer queries.
-Undertake water system cleaning and disinfection in accordance with the Water Technical Manual.
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
-NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential minimum requirement).
-Experience as a Commercial Plumber within the FM sector.
-Experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment (desirable).
-Basic IT skills, preferably including Microsoft Office packages.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
