We're looking for a Mobile Water Technician, to cover a fixed contract at Walsgrave Hospital in Coventry, you will also be required to visit other sites round the Midlands area from time to time.
Role Responsibilities:
-Completing a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing and minor plumbing, the candidate will be confident in leading cold water tank cleans and be confined space aware and experience in this area is essential
-Completion of routine monitoring tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8
-Maintain our customer's water log books and complete the necessary documentation in accordance with current guidelines and company policy
-Carry out water system clean and disinfections in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company procedures.
-Testing, servicing and maintaining of thermostatic mixing valves and basic plumbing works where required.
-Replacement of TMV and TMT filters and cartridges will be a large part of the role so competence in this area is essential
What we're looking for:
-Someone with previous experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment
-We welcome applicants with limited or no direct experience, provided they have relevant experience in similar fields
-Advanced knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems is desirable
