Summary
The post holder will: Provide high-quality, safe, and effective primary care services to registered patients. Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Undertake routine and urgent consultations, both face-to-face and remotely as appropriate. Manage a clinical caseload effectively and safely. Conduct home visits where clinically required. Review pathology results, correspondence, and medication requests. Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records in accordance with professional standards. Participate in practice meetings, educational activities, and clinical governance initiatives. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated patient care. Support quality improvement projects and service development initiatives. Contribute to safeguarding responsibilities and promote the welfare of vulnerable patients. Participate in Primary Care Network initiatives and collaborative working arrangements. Undertake administrative duties associated with patient care. Comply with GMC standards, NHS regulations, and practice policies.
